A support co-ordinator is a qualified person who will help you understand what services are available to you as part of your NDIS support package. Their aim is to help you access the resources and services which ensures you can thrive and live a fulfilling live. Our support co-ordinator’s role includes:

- Listening to you and helping you plan your personal goals
- Monitoring your plan to ensure value for money
