My mother has been using Dream Big Disabilities’ services for her NDIS support for 2 years now. We have used Kim Sneddon as our NDIS Coordinator for the 2 years and she has gone above and beyond to help my mother with her services — we are very happy. Kim has introduced us to one of her colleagues, Amanda Ogden, who has now also been helping Mum with her services and has been beyond amazing as well. Mum has a carer, Julie, who takes her out twice a week (chosen for her by Kim) to amazing places, and Mum loves telling me about her day when she gets home. My mum suffers really bad depression and has trouble trusting anyone, but the Dream Big team have helped her build her confidence back up. I can’t recommend Kim Sneddon, Amanda Ogden and all of Dream Big Disabilities’ services enough — 5 stars, they are beyond amazing.

I don’t know where we would be without Kim and her team. Kim is so caring and knowledgeable and puts her clients above all else. Nothing is ever a problem. Matching clients with workers was a concern but Kim had it all in hand and could not have matched a better person for our needs. Thank you for a smooth transition into our first year with NDIS. From the coordinators to the support workers, the level of care and expertise provided by Dream Big Disabilities is truly unmatched. Your team members are, hands down, the greatest and most knowledgeable people my children and I have had the pleasure of being introduced to. I personally can say my experience with Dream Big Disabilities has been one that has changed my life. I have made so much progress with amazing support and am doing things now that I never could before. The easy-to-use app is fantastic for keeping track of where I’m at and my plan.
