About Me
I’m a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a passion for empowering individuals to navigate support systems with confidence, choice, and control. My approach is simple: I listen, I understand, and I work alongside you to create practical, tailored solutions that support independence and wellbeing.
My journey into advocacy and disability support began long before my career, spending school holidays at day centres with my mum, learning firsthand the power of inclusion and dignity. Weekends with my cousin, who had cerebral palsy, taught me the importance of accessible, empowering support. Over the years, this passion evolved into hands-on work, volunteering and eventually leading change through the Disability Union, championing fairness and equity.
In 2019, my son’s autism diagnosis reshaped my understanding of support, not just as a system but as a relationship built on trust. Navigating assessments, therapies and education showed me the gaps that so many families face, deepening my drive to ensure no one feels unheard or alone in their journey. I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to my work, ensuring that individuals receive support that respects their autonomy, meets their needs and helps them reach their goals.
Whether it’s NDIS navigation, psychosocial recovery or structured coaching, I’m here to make sure you feel empowered, informed and in control. If you’re looking for a dedicated professional who truly listens, understands and works alongside you to build the right support network, I’m here to help.
